Over 20 Years of Clinical Experience in Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine

Dr. Ann Sun is a California-licensed acupuncturist with more than 20 years of clinical experience in acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and herbal medicine. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized care that addresses each patient as a whole—not simply a collection of symptoms.

Dr. Sun received her advanced education in Acupuncture and Herbology from Five Branches University in San Jose, California. In addition to her clinical practice, she currently teaches at Five Branches University in San Jose, where she shares her clinical knowledge and experience with the next generation of practitioners.

A Whole-Person Approach to Care

Dr. Sun's approach is rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine while recognizing the importance of each patient's individual health needs, lifestyle, and overall well-being.

Her clinical interests include pain management, stress and sleep support, women's health, prenatal and postnatal wellness, fertility support, digestive health, and general wellness. She also provides cosmetic acupuncture, cupping therapy, herbal consultations, and other traditional wellness therapies.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, Dr. Sun seeks to understand the broader patterns that may be affecting a patient's health. Her goal is to help patients restore balance, support the body's natural processes, and improve their overall quality of life.
